I wildcamped close to Cordoba along the Rio Guadalquivir.
In the mornings the field close to the river, where there is the only green (grass) of maybe the whole of the south of Spain now, was wet due to dew. Then the snails took there change and explored it to find juicy vegetables.
As soon as the sun takes over and the dew evaporates they disappear. I suppose they hide somewhere but I have never seen (found) one then. So I have no idea where and how they hide.
But it must be somewhere closeby 🙃 ...
